Fleur obtained her BSc in biology and medical laboratory research from Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences in 2022. Followed by a MSc (2024) in bioinformatics at Wageningen University and Research. Her thesis was focused on predicting compound Mechanism of Action using cell painting data, applying machine learning and deep learning techniques.

Currently her PhD is focused on the methodological aspects of patient-level prediction models.
